I posted on a local Facebook group asking for recommendations for a Realtor who is a hustler to sell our house. There were many responses, with several people recommending and tagging Josh Hanoud. Josh reached out to me to set an appointment. He showed up with an extensive presentation showing all the ways he would market the property, explained the technology and its exposure reach, including a cool 3D walkthrough and URL, and its exposure reach. He brought spreadsheets of comparables and showed his work on how he came to his market valuation (which was a $60k higher valuation than another agent who was named a 2024 Top Selling Agent in the area, and $20k more than another agent we interviewed). Josh explained current local real estate market conditions, the listing/selling process, and how he would represent our best interests acting as our seller's agent. He recommended small things we could do to turn "negative" aspects into neutrals or positives in the eyes of the buyers, and where to wisely spend money/time on improvements that would realize a return on that investment, especially selling an older house and competing in a market flooded with new construction homes. Contract signings and showings were a breeze with his office's technology. Josh personally held open houses, and we had a very close-to-full-price offer in less than 30 days and quickly closed. His office managed the whole process for us, was responsive, great at advising, and kept us informed at every step. Josh is the hustler you need to sell your property fast and for the highest dollar.
